Cancellation Policy

We offer a flexible and forgiving cancellation policy:

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled move

Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a small fee to cover reserved labor and scheduling

Same-day cancellations may be charged the minimum service fee

We will always work with customers when unexpected situations arise.

Pack items securely unless packing services are purchased

Disclose fragile or high-value items

Remove hazardous materials

We are not responsible for damage to items packed by the customer.

6. Liability and Claims

Our liability for lost or damaged items is limited by the applicable valuation coverage selected by the customer. Claims must be submitted within the time frame required by state or federal regulation.
